Today I am happy to be releasing my new guide to mind training for martial artists. The little e-book, entitled Mind Training for Martial Artists is based upon a series of articles I did on this blog recently and I’m giving it away to anyone who subscribes to my RSS feed. If you are subscribed to the newsletter then you will also get it free.
The guide is meant to be an introduction to some of the disciplines and techniques that can be used, in conjunction with regular (and hard!) physical training, to train up the mind and tap into some its massive potential in order to improve your martial arts or anything else in your life that needs improving also. That’s what I love about the techniques included in the book; they are all so wide-reaching and can be used to bring about personal growth in whatever area of your life you wish.
Topics included in the book are:
- Meditation
- Visualization
- Goal Setting
- How to Focus
- NLP
- Modelling (not the catwalk kind, although you’re welcome to try)
- Fear Control
- Thought Control
Just like I did with my last e-book I have tried to make the information in this one as practical as possible, which means you can test out the techniques straight away and without much hassle- all of them are very easy practiced but harder to master, just like most martial arts techniques.
As I say, all you have to do to get a copy is subscribe to my RSS feed by clicking on the little orange-coloured character on the top right of your screen or else by clicking the link below.
If you are new to RSS, please follow the instructions here: What is RSS?
Once you have subscribed, when you read this blog via RSS you will see the e-book image and download link at the bottom of each feed. Just click the link and you will be taken to a page where you can download a copy of the e-book. That’s it!
And if you have any problems downloading just try another reader or else e-mail me and I’ll try and sort you out.
I hope you enjoy reading my new book and that you get as much out of it as I did writing it. Just remember that the techniques featured are not meant to be replacements to physical training, but a complement to it. Used wisely, they can be very effective, as you will soon see.
If you have any feedback after reading the book, please feel free to leave comments here.
